What our labels mean, what our records are, and the limits of our role.
Regulatory position
Agveriq is in controlled pilot development and is not a regulator, laboratory, certifier, insurer or licensed professional adviser. It issues no permit and grants no legal permission. Agveriq evaluates a proposed action against the evidence and the versioned rules on record, and records who authorized what. It does not replace regulators, pesticide labels, licensed professionals, accredited laboratories or formal export certification. It does not guarantee yield, profit, residue compliance or market acceptance.

Credentials and listings
Where Agveriq shows credential or authority information, it reflects what Agveriq checked against available records at the time of the check. It does not replace confirming licensure or certification directly with the issuing authority. Listed does not mean certified. Identity verified does not mean product approved.
Records and integrity
Decision history is append-only and attributable. Integrity means a record hasn’t been altered since it was made — not that the underlying facts are certain. An Agveriq review bundle is Agveriq’s own record of what it observed and checked; it is not a license, certification or legal determination issued by any regulator or authority.
Pilot participation
Pilot service is best-effort. Decision records are kept as described under Records and integrity. The pilot is not open for general use; participation is by review.
How we operate
Agveriq is a founder-led agricultural technology company organized around governed engineering, product, quality, security, compliance, and capital operations. These are internal functions; they do not make Agveriq a regulator, law firm, certification authority, accredited auditor or testing lab, financial adviser, broker-dealer or funds custodian.
Intelligence
Output from intelligence tools is information only. It never issues an assurance result, an authorization or a permit.
Imagery
People, places and screens shown on this site are illustrative images, including AI-generated images. They do not depict real Agveriq users, customers, farms, pilot participants or records, and on-screen interfaces are not Agveriq product screens. The one exception is the labelled Trust Passport concept illustration on the About page: it shows a design direction, not a working product, and its names, credentials and record values are samples.
Website data
Website data. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting and network provider processes standard request information, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver and secure the site. We use only aggregated traffic statistics from it.
Request Access Data
When you submit our request form, Fortunato AI, Inc. (the company behind Agveriq) receives your name, work email, organization, role, and any message you write. We also record when you checked the consent box and which version of this notice you saw. To protect your privacy, we do not log your IP address or your browser type with your request.
We use these details strictly to review and reply to your inquiry. We do not use your information for marketing, customer profiling, or training artificial intelligence models. We never sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone other than the service providers that host and secure our systems for us, unless the law forces us to do so. Submitting this form simply sends an inquiry; it does not create an account or grant you access to our software systems.
We keep your request for no longer than 12 months from submission, after which it is deleted or anonymized. If you would like to see, correct, or have us delete your information sooner, email privacy@agveriq.com.
Legal Basis: We process your data based entirely on the consent you give us on the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting our privacy team.
